I setup a company recently with new data and phone drops, several PC's, and a Partner Phone system.
The company is expanding into the Cincinnati area and their IT department outsourced the installation to me.

Provided High-level technical guidance, Teaching efficient troubleshooting techniques to the team to improve overall call handling to be more accurate and to reduce call and wait times. Evaluation of agents calls for technical accuracy.
Reviewing all Senior Support Analyst escalations then personaly resolving or if neccessary refering to other departments as per an established procedure.
Helping to develop those procedures and troubleshooting trees.
Assisting the Trainer with development of procedures, techniques and guidelines that Support Analysts needed for performing daily job functions effectively.

Senior Support Desk Analyst Zoomtown Technical support
Troubleshooting advanced broadband Internet connectivity problems with installers and end-users. Connecting PCs to the Internet via Zoomtown using Cisco modems and routers through Cincinnati Bells ATM to several different ISPs. NIC installation assistance.


Hired Before the release of Zoomtown as a trainer and third level support of installation technicians. We developed, tested and documented the Cisco modem and NIC installation and then trained the first 60 ZT Installers and their administrators. ZoomTown was the first roll out of ADSL to the public in the world. Our team took calls from the original installers having difficulty. Trouble shooting over the phone or going to customer premise if necessary. Eventually this transformed to a senior help desk position.

A founding member of a help desk in leading edge Broadband ADSL technology.
Responsibility for issues that were unsolved by my team and other advanced troubleshooting of connectivity and PC install / repair issues.
Support of teammate / installer with education and assistance. 
Customer premise work; MTU removal, CPE install, PC repair.
Extensive use of Cisco equipment including use, upgrades,  implementation, configuration, and management.

1995 – 1998             Debco Computers
Config-shop Supervisor
Responsible: config-shop employees, all phases of daily production. Inventory management, through final delivery. Working from customer orders building high end custom Personal Computers and Servers. Intensive hardware checks of custom systems and providing any necessary troubleshooting or repairs prior to software load. Installed and tested all software and drivers for new systems.
Configured and implemented the OEM Preinstallation Kit (SysPrep) installation process automating software installation, boosting production and reducing labor. Quality and consistency (we had a return rate below 1%).

Assisted in Implementation of Norwood schools 400 computer WAN.
Promoted from Technician to Lead-Tech to Service-Writer then to Config-shop supervisor.
